These terms govern your use of the S & S Law Associates website. By using this website, you agree to the terms below.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by browsing this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a consultation — such a relationship is formed only once expressly agreed to in writing with S & S Law Associates.
You may create or access an account using an email address and password, or by using Google Sign-In where it is offered. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, for using only an account that belongs to you, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and of any Google account you use to sign in, and for all activity under your account. Case information shown in the portal is made available only after your case-access request has been approved, and is intended solely for your own reference.
Where Google Sign-In is offered, Google verifies your identity only. It does not determine what you may access. Access levels — whether owner, advocate, junior advocate, or client — are set and controlled by S & S Law Associates under this website's own authorization and approval rules. An advocate account created through signup, including signup with Google, remains inactive until it is approved by the firm, and access may be declined or withdrawn. Access to case information remains subject to those rules and to the case-access approval process described above.
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorized access to any account or system, submitting false information, or using the site in a way that could disrupt or impair its operation.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the firm's name and mark, is the property of S & S Law Associates and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
S & S Law Associates makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information on this website and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from its use. You should seek independent legal advice specific to your circumstances before relying on any information found here.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
